She didn't reply

and a whole day has passed.

gloomy and pissed off

i wonder if she's really the one

but of course she's not.

at least, 

i have to wonder.

what about leaving it behind

i could be treated better

i remember previous lovers

and i remember being treated

treats of bitter sweets

sucking to find a sweet centre

only to find a hollow shell

and before you know it,

it's all gone.

i remember emotions running wild

i remember waiting

i remember falling in love.
